I work with mid-career professionals, leaders, business owners and creatives who want to gain clarity, make confident decisions, and intentionally shape their work and careers.

Maybe you're navigating a moment of change. Maybe something that used to feel right no longer does. Maybe you can see where you want to go, and it's the getting there that feels impossible or unclear. This is a space to step back, understand what's actually happening, and move forward with confidence, direction and a clear plan.

As your coach I offer a thinking partnership built around what matters to you. No quick fixes. No formula. The result is a true sense of ownership and agency, so you can shape your career, business, or leadership in a way that is effective, meaningful, and fully your own.

Enter the third field: a space of possibility, where you get to decide what comes next and how to make it a reality.

An intro call is a low-commitment way to ask questions, explore whether coaching is the right next step for you. We explore your situation, clarify what you’re looking for, and align on how we would work together.

Why work with third field?

At third field, coaching is a space where reflection, insight and action come together. The third field approach blends introspection, curiosity, and creativity with structure, analysis, and practical tools. You get both sides: the space to think deeply and the structure to make things happen.

My background in the premium fashion industry has given me a deep understanding of the realities of corporate, creative and entrepreneurial environments, where navigating the balance between creativity, performance and personal alignment can be particularly complex.

My style of coaching integrates perspectives from psychology, coaching and somatic practices, allowing us to work with mindset, behaviour and the nervous system, as well as the underlying patterns that shape how you think, feel and act.

This work goes beyond surface–level problem solving or purely theoretical reflection. It combines psychological depth with real–world experience, so that what you gain is not just insight, but meaningful and sustainable transformational change. This is not about quick fixes, but about developing the capacity to navigate your work life now and in the future.

FAQs

  • Coaching is a structured thinking partnership designed to help you gain clarity, make better decisions, and move forward with greater intention and confidence.

Unlike advice-giving or consulting, coaching is client-led. You bring the topics, challenges and direction.

My role is to guide the process, ask the right questions, offer frameworks and perspective, and to create the conditions for genuine insight and honest reflection. You are the expert in your own life. Coaching is the space to access that expertise more fully.

At third field, coaching goes beyond surface-level problem solving. We take the time to understand what's really happening beneath the presenting challenge, the patterns, beliefs and underlying dynamics that shape how you think, feel and act.

From there, we focus on turning that insight into clear, practical action. The goal is not just to solve what's immediately in front of you, but to develop a way of thinking and working that continues long after the coaching itself has ended.

  • Career coaching is a process of structured conversations and reflection to help you gain clarity, generate insight, and move closer toward meaningful goals. The coaching process is client-led. You determine the focus of sessions, set your goals, and decide what actions you wish to take. Coaching mainly focuses on your present situation and future direction, supporting you to find your own answers and take action.

Mentoring and consulting mainly involve guidance, advice, or expertise sharing.

Therapy focuses more on diagnosing and healing mental health challenges, often through working with past experiences.

  • Client-led means that you bring the topics, challenges, and direction into each session. We co-create a plan for the coaching trajectory, but you are in the driver’s seat of whether we stay on that course or course correct. You are the expert in your own life and context. My role is to guide the process, to ask questions, offer perspective, frameworks and tools, and to create the right context for honest reflection, but not to decide what you should do or where you should go.

  • Career, business and leadership coaching all use the same core process but focus on different areas of your work.

Career coaching focuses on your professional development, career choices and fulfilment at work.

Business coaching focuses on building, structuring and growing a business in a way that is aligned with your version of success.

Leadership coaching focuses on how you lead yourself and others, how you make decisions and how you interact with others in the workplace.

In practice, there is often overlap. The focus depends on your situation and what you want to work on.

  • Coaching at third field is for professionals, leaders, business owners and creatives who want to think more clearly, make better decisions, and progress in a more intentional way in their work life.

It’s often most valuable at a point where something feels unclear, when you feel stuck or ready to change and grow, whether that’s in your career, business or leadership. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting. Coaching is a space to step back, gain perspective, and work out what’s right for you.

Coaching tends to be most valuable if you are open to reflection, willing to question your current way of thinking, and interested in taking an active role in your own development. You don’t need to have everything figured out, but a willingness to fully engage with the process is important.

  • Coaching helps you gain clarity, make confident decisions, and take practical steps towards your version of success.

    You can expect:

A clearer understanding of how you operate, what you want and why

Better decision-making in complex situations and a greater capacity to navigate challenges

A more structured and intentional way of designing your work life, a stronger sense of direction

Greater confidence in your choices, and how you show up in your work

Many clients also develop a way of thinking and working that continues beyond the coaching itself, as well as a more positive energy, optimism and a sense of empowerment.

  • Coaching is a process rather than a quick fix. While early sessions often provide useful insights and can shift how you see a situation, more meaningful and lasting results develop over time as you apply new thinking and take action.

The pace of results also depends on your level of readiness, including how open you are to reflection, how willing you are to engage with the process, and how consistently you apply what comes out of the sessions.

This is why coaching is typically structured over a number of weeks or months.

  • What sets third field coaching apart is a combination of my style of work, the combination of disciplines that influence my work, and my professional experience.

third field sits at the intersection of personal development and strategic thinking. It’s not purely mindset-focused, and it’s not purely career, business or leadership strategy, it’s the space where it all comes together. We take the time to properly understand what’s going on beneath the surface, but we also focus on tangible outcomes: clear decisions, direction, and next steps.

Clients often come away not just with insight, but with a way of thinking and working that can carry forward independently. We are working on the challenge at hand and increasing your capacity for the future.

In coaching I balance the intuitive with the practical. We work on mindset, beliefs, identity, and the nervous system, alongside critical thinking, structure, and real world decisions and planning, so that insight turns into meaningful action. I’m just as likely to offer a visioning exercise or tailored meditation, as a mission / vision / values exercise or a SWOT. My approach draws on psychological theory, coaching tools, somatic awareness, and business strategy, allowing us to look at your situation from multiple angles. There is a balance of transformational change and goal-orientation, reflective insight and pragmatism, emergence and structure.

What also sets my work apart is my professional background. I can understand your context within the creative industries as well as in corporate, start-up, and small business environments. I’ve experienced firsthand the challenges of launching a business as well as of being in senior roles in corporate.

  • Most of the client transformation in coaching happens between sessions.

Sessions create clarity, perspective and direction, but it’s through applying this in your day-to-day work that things start to shift. This might involve making decisions, testing new approaches, or simply noticing patterns in how you think and act.

  • Yes, coaching is confidential.

Everything discussed during sessions is treated with strict confidentiality, as outlined in the working agreement. This creates a safe space for honest reflection and open conversation.

The only exception would be in rare cases where there is a legal or ethical obligation to disclose information.
